Your mission will be to: Implement and develop digital acquisition campaigns, maximizing customer growth at cost-effective levels. Primary duties include: Manage Performance Digital Marketing Campaigns (including paid social channels such as Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Paid Search, and Inapp Recruitment) through end-to-end management of strategy, execution, optimization, and insight generation.Work cross-functionally with team members, analytics, creative, and technology groups to build, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns for acquisition channels, including A/B tests and new operational processes.Execute media-buying across several Latam and EU territories, ensuring optimizations to achieve high levels of growth with an ROI focus.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including financial performance. You are the right candidate if you have: Experience with a track record of delivering success in a similar role.You are a Digital Marketing Student.A strong understanding of Paid Social, Paid Search, or In-App Conversions landscape.A good understanding of Digital Marketing KPIs.Fluency in English. Ideally, you will also have: Experience using Facebook Business Manager (FBM) as well as leveraging other social platforms and digital channels (email marketing, affiliates, online display, MMP platforms, etc.).
