We'd love for you to bring your unique skill set and join the team!Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur primary objective is to assist businesses in making decisions based on data, with a particular emphasis on delivering business and product metrics and insights to external CRMs. The most important part in the whole process is comparing the existing data with the ones prepared and covering the aspect of metrics data quality. A team of 12 experts provides support to various departments, including marketing, sales, customer success, finance, and people experience, for both short-term and long-term projects. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, both business and technical, we strive to eliminate inconsistencies in our databases, resolve process issues regarding data transferring and satisfy decisive people with data that helps increase operational excellence.How would you be impacting our mission?Consult, talk, brainstorm about the specific metrics requirements from a business perspective in cooperation with product and business analysts.Challenge the data governance with stakeholders and look for middle ground among business and product data.Automate data quality processes and duplicates detection.Look for inconsistencies in external CRM platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce) regarding data flow and operational metrics values.Use (and develop!) a global database, challenge data flow processes with data engineers.Work with Redshift, Git, Airflow daily.QualificationsWhat will help you thrive?Demonstrable experience in using SQL to derive actionable insights, either in a commercial or academic setting (must have).Experience in partnership with internal stakeholders.Experience in leading and executing end-to-end projects.Very good level of business English.Basic level of Hubspot or Salesforce experience.Knowledge of version control and repository management basics.Which skills are 'bonus points'?Able to take a step back from the technicalities and examine them through a business lens.Translating and comparing the worlds of business and technical stakeholders.Open to cooperating with a lot of people from many teams in different countries.Like to see the instant effects of your work.Careful, diligent and detail-oriented.Additional InformationWe promote and embrace equal opportunities in our hiring process, and also every day at work.
