Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst/GM Assistant. This role involves supporting the General Manager in analyzing data, assisting with key initiatives, and handling daily operations. The ideal candidate will drive performance improvements through data insights and support the team in achieving business goals within the programmatic advertising sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Research: Conduct data-driven market analysis, specifically focused on DSP-related trends and mobile advertising. Prepare research reports to guide strategic decisions in the DSP environment. Stay updated on industry trends, ad tech advancements, and mobile advertising best practices. DSP Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and analyze DSP campaign performance metrics. Assist the GM in interpreting DSP performance data and making recommendations to optimize ad placements and targeting. Reporting and Data Insights: Generate daily reports on DSP performance, identifying key metrics and trends. Present campaign performance insights to the GM and stakeholders, with a focus on improving DSP results. Weekly Initiative Tracking: Track weekly DSP-related initiatives and update the team on progress. Identify risks to DSP campaign delivery and recommend mitigation strategies. Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R). Familiarity with DSP performance metrics, ad bidding strategies, and programmatic advertising technologies. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Analytical and Project Management Skills: Ability to analyze complex datasets and generate actionable insights. Basic project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in presenting technical data clearly. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Passion for DSP and Advertising Technology: A strong interest in programmatic advertising, mobile ad technology, and DSP trends.
