We are looking for two Junior Customer Service Specialists (flexible working time and partial remote work possible) to join our growing team in Madrid, Spain.
This role requires you to become an expert on our Pix4D products and provide technical support to customers and partners. You will solve related issues with data acquisition, processing, and post-processing. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and people skills, as well as an interest and desire to evolve in a fast-growing technology company.
There are two positions available, one for our desktop (PIX4Dmatic, PIX4Dsurvey, and PIX4Dmapper) and one for our mobile (PIX4Dcatch) applications. Relevant backgrounds include photogrammetry, geomatics, CAD software and/or land surveying, RTK technology, and drone piloting.
Responsibilities Master Pix4D's products and solutions and stay up to date on improvements. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance services mainly using our ticketing system or in-person interactions. Assist customers by answering promptly and professionally to inquiries with accurate information on a wide range of topics (products or services, pricing, and features), mainly using our ticketing system or in-person interactions. Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for customers, diagnosing and resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to product teams. Stay informed on product updates and specifications to deliver accurate support. Gather and analyze feedback from customers regarding their experiences, challenges, and suggestions for improvement, and provide insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance the overall customer experience. Update and maintain Pix4D's online documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity, aligning with the latest product features and support guidelines. Collaborate with product and technical teams to gather information, regularly review and revise content to reflect updates, and provide users with reliable resources. Work closely with other Support experts in different Pix4D teams and offices. Propose and implement initiatives that improve the customer experience and help the team scale up. Minimum Requirements Proven knowledge in the field of Geodesy, Photogrammetry, Geomatics, or similar. Proficiency with technology and software applications, being comfortable using software tools and online learning platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively interacting with customers, handling technical support tickets, and an ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally across various communication channels. Strong empathy and patience for effectively addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues, an ability to listen attentively, empathize with customers' perspectives, and remain calm and composed in challenging situations. Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing customer issues, troubleshooting technical problems, and finding solutions to complex challenges, being analytical, resourceful, and able to think critically under pressure. Good organizational skills for managing multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively, and an ability to plan, coordinate, and execute support activities in a structured and efficient manner. The ability to adapt to changing priorities, customer needs, and business requirements, flexibility, and ability to adjust their approach and strategies based on evolving circumstances. The ability to work effectively as part of a team is essential, to communicate and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals. A strong customer focus for prioritizing customer needs, delivering exceptional service, and building positive relationships, being genuinely committed to providing value and support to customers.
