Junior CRM Specialist As a Junior CRM Specialist at NA-KD, you'll work closely with our CRM Specialist and have the opportunity to influence one of our most vital channels, driving the customer journey and contributing to our dynamic growth.
We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at multitasking without losing attention to detail.
The ideal candidate is agile and flexible, capable of adapting quickly while maintaining a focus on long-term goals.
In this role, you will be reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the CRM Specialist to set the CRM strategy for campaign newsletters and app pushes.
Contribute to the CRM campaign plan on a yearly, weekly, and daily basis.
Present relevant KPIs regarding the CRM channel on a weekly to monthly basis (Newsletter and App Push).
Create and assign tasks to design and copywriting teams based on the weekly to monthly communication plan.
Work closely with design and copywriting teams to coordinate the newsletter and app push content.
Conduct A/B testing of email campaigns for continuous improvement, in collaboration with the CRM Specialist.
Support the CRM Specialist with customer segmentation strategy.
Assist the CRM Specialist in long-term projects such as Loyalty, Customer Experience, LVC, automation/flows, and communication planning.
Your Past & Your Skills Degree in marketing or communications One year of relevant work experience is advantageous Familiar with CRM and email marketing platforms Understanding of Customer Experience and/or Customer Care High level of attention to detail in preparations of newsletters Ability to successfully multitask and deliver high quality work in a fast paced environment Ability to work both independently and as part of a team What We Offer Global environment Personal and professional development Freedom to add value/make a difference Hybrid Remote policy A number of voluntary benefits Interested in learning more about NA-KD, our culture, colleagues, and benefits?
