Job Opportunity: Junior Creative Lead (Barcelona)

We're looking for a Junior Creative Lead to support our Regional Creative Lead in delivering outstanding client creative experiences. Role Overview As the Junior Creative Lead, you'll play a critical supporting role, managing creative projects for our lower-tier clients from ideation to execution while closely collaborating with our Customer Service (CS) team, directly reporting to our regional Creative Lead. This hands-on role will involve:
- Attending Briefing Sessions: Join CS in client briefings, providing on-the-spot ideation to shape creative direction.
- Live Social Media Orders: Manage real-time creative requests across social platforms, ensuring content aligns with client brand and platform requirements.
- Video Conceptualization and Production: Bring fresh ideas to life, from concept to execution, with a focus on engaging, on-brand video content. Collaborate with our production studios to ensure ideas come to life as per CS team and client expectations.
- Pitch Participation: Contribute to client pitches with innovative ideas and insights, showcasing how our creative solutions drive value.
- Client Request Support: Collaborate with CS to respond to various client needs, from campaign ideas to content adjustments, ensuring a seamless experience.
What We're Looking For
Creative Thinker: You're bursting with ideas and can quickly ideate in real-time, especially for social media content.
- Execution-Oriented: Experience in video production or conceptualization, with a knack for bringing visual stories to life.
- Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of social media platforms and what performs best, plus an ability to adapt quickly to live content needs.
- Collaborative & Client-Focused: Excellent communication skills and a readiness to work closely with CS and clients, building trust through quality creative support.
- Pitch Ready: Comfortable participating in pitches, eager to share fresh ideas that align with our brand and client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Creative Mindset: Strong ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts, especially for digital and social media content.
- Technical Skills: Experience in video conceptualization and production. Familiarity with adobe suite with focus on After Effects.
- Collaborative Spirit: Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with both creative and client-facing teams.
- Social Media Savvy: Understanding of various social media platforms and their content requirements. Experience managing content on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook is advantageous.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Presentation Skills: Confidence in participating in pitches and presenting ideas to clients and internal teams.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years experience as a senior designer or jr art director with experience in working with global brands.
