Your roleThis role will be responsible for providing essential legal advice and support to our members across the Employer of Record industry on employment matters. Reporting to the Head of International Employment the role enhances our reputation and brand as a specialist and expert provider of Employer or Record services. As part of the employment team you will support to guide and implement the legal strategy for our Employer of Record product in support of various functions in the organization, including operations, expansion, product, customer success, sales among others. Responsibilities:Provision of high quality, up – to – date and professional legal advice on the application of employment law; Development of legal articles for bulletins and preparation of FAQs aimed at educating clients and prospects on legal matters and developments; Provision of advice on employment compliance and any employment disputes; Provision of employment legal advice to internal stakeholders; Collaborate with the Product team to advise on new solutions for our EOR product; Support the Sales team with the resolution of complex employment or contractual requests from potential or existing clients; Support the HR team withthe resolution of complex employment requests from existing clients or employees.What We Are Looking For:Essential: Must be a qualified legal practitioner.Essential: Minimum 1 year post qualification of employment law experience and international employment is a plus.Ability to communicate and build rapport and strong trusting relationships with key stakeholders, internally and externally.Ability to deal with and resolve complex problems and relationships.Strong legal research skills.Detail–oriented, exercises extreme attention to detail, is thorough, accurate, organized, productive and seeks to understand both, the cause and effect of a situation.Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
