HR PATH GROUP The HR Path Group, a global player in HR consulting, assists its customers in their HR transformation projects, both on the human and tools aspects (HRIS). We intervene in Europe, America and Asia-Pacific, for our large accounts and SME customers, in order to offer them a global support in the development of their HR strategy.
YOUR MISSIONS As a Junior HRIS Consultant , you will have the opportunity to obtain an Oracle HCM Cloud certification and will be supported by our experienced Managers and Consultants to work on the following missions with our clients:
Participation in all phases of HRIS implementation projects
Conducting technical analyses based on HR functional analyses
Configuring the solution according to the client's HR functional needs
Performing unit tests and participating in integration and validation tests
Reporting to managers on project progress
Corrective and evolutionary maintenance after implementation
User support and training on the solution
YOUR PROFILE You are a recent graduate of a Master's degree in Business Consulting, Digital Business, Human Resources Management, Information Systems Management, or Management Information Systems.
You want to learn more about the digitalization of HR business processes and translate activities into business and system processes for: administrative and payroll management, talent management (recruitment, training, mobility, evaluation, performance), as well as time and activity management.
Fluent English (B2/C1 level) to start your career on international projects.
You are curious and looking to grow in a fast-growing company.
