Requirements Hold a degree or equivalent experience in social sciences, anthropology, psychology, or a related field.
Be fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish (other languages are a plus).
Have at least two year of experience in consultancy.
Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and the ability to go beyond the obvious.
Have a strong foundation in hybrid research, utilizing qualitative, quantitative methods, and contextual inquiry.
Possess the ability to synthesize research findings to uncover and articulate insights that inspire business solutions.
Be comfortable working in a self-directed culture, with support available to navigate ambiguity.
Be a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
