Job Description Summary Job Description Role Purpose: Cushman & Wakefield is offering the opportunity to be part of the Capital Markets Investment team in Spain. We are looking for a highly, motivated Jr. Consultant based in Madrid to work with partners and associates on different Capital Markets Projects, willing to learn quickly and in a dynamic environment

Knowledge & Experience Real Estate Investment Analysis Economics and International Capital Markets Financial cashflow analysis (in Excel) Preparation of sale documents for Marketing Buy side consultancy advice / reports and analysis Assistance in preparing Presentation and Pitch Documents Undertaking inspections Skills & Personal Qualities: Technical ability using Excel Use of Power Point Good report writing and oral skills in English/ Spanish Creative thinking with good problem-solving abilities Commercial acumen Previous experience in valuation or financial analysis is a plus The ability to work well within a team, willing to assist others and share knowledge The ability to take ownership of certain projects or parts of projects A mindset focused on delivering excellent client service and continually striving for improvement In return we can offer:
