DescriptionThe role is to replace a maternity leave for a 6 months period of contract.What You Will Do In Your RoleMonitor member needs to identify new opportunities to enrich the program, upgrading value proposition and enhance members loyalty.Work with third parties and the Sales Team to support Guardian Select fabricators on different proposed initiatives to differentiate them in the market.Support the Sales Team in implementing tools to keep, attract, and realign the right members in the group based on value.Conceive the appropriate communication tools for each segment, making use of existing tools and developing new ones, if needed, to create a better customer experience.Work with our Sales & Demand Creation teams to align and validate approaches in the market.Provide local insights and market trends to internal stakeholders to help define and effectively implement the Guardian Glass B2C campaign.The Experience You Will BringRequirementsDegree qualified in a marketing or related business discipline.A strong communicator.A track record of personal development and learning.A curious and inquisitive nature.Good IT skills including Office tools.English and Spanish language skills (oral and written).What Will Put You AheadSome experience in a marketing environment as part of your education.#J-18808-Ljbffr
