The Role As a junior campaign specialist, you will contact customers to improve the campaign.
You will provide advice - not aggressive sales, but important insights.
Your daily work will include tasks like these: Act as a trusted consultant onboarding customers Develop PPC campaigns Understand customers' needs and goals Be responsible for increasing spending, upselling, and sustainability Handle a large volume of potential customers daily via phone calls Ideal Profile You speak Norwegian at a native level and are fluent in English (B2).
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in sales and/or online advertising, sales experience (not mandatory), and outbound calls.
BA/BS degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communication is a plus.
You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
You have experience in and a passion for online display advertising.
You have strong communication and negotiation skills, and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
