Job Description: Junior Campaign Specialist - Dutch Market (Hybrid, Barcelona) We are seeking a Junior Campaign Specialist for the Dutch market to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. This is a hybrid working model, allowing flexibility between working from home and the office.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns for clients.Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and provide tailored solutions.Utilize strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.Achieve productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets.Create compelling proposals and pitch ideas over the phone and email.Maintain high levels of client interaction and customer service. Requirements: Native or C2 level Dutch with a B2 level of English.1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Client-focused with a passion for customer interaction and business goal ownership. Preferred Qualifications: BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus).Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically.
