You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, set up campaigns on our platform, and provide continuous support to ensure campaign success.Key Responsibilities:Client Onboarding & Campaign Setup: Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients.
Guide them through the onboarding process and assist them in setting up their first PPC campaigns on our platform.Campaign Optimization: Regularly monitor the performance of client campaigns, analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Recommend and implement optimizations that increase the effectiveness and ROI of campaigns.Consultation & Strategy: Understand clients' business goals and objectives, then propose tailored PPC strategies and solutions to help them achieve success.Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report on campaign performance, ensuring that clients meet their KPIs.
Provide insights and suggestions to improve performance.Client Support & Problem Solving: Address client inquiries and resolve any issues they may have with their campaigns.
Offer timely solutions to ensure client satisfaction.Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or features that can help clients achieve their goals and enhance their campaigns.Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer success, sales, and technical support.Continuous Learning & Growth: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new features on the platform.Requirements:Preferred Skills & Experience:Language Proficiency: Native or near-native German (C2 level) and fluent English (C1/C2 level).Education: A BA/BS degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, online advertising, or a similar role.Client-Centric Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer success.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign data and provide insights for optimization
