Position Overview: As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor to new clients in the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region, assisting them with launching and optimizing their PPC campaigns.
You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, set up campaigns on our platform, and provide continuous support to ensure campaign success.
Key Responsibilities: Client Onboarding & Campaign Setup: Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients.
Guide them through the onboarding process and assist them in setting up their first PPC campaigns on our platform.
Campaign Optimization: Regularly monitor the performance of client campaigns, analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Recommend and implement optimizations that increase the effectiveness and ROI of campaigns.
Consultation & Strategy: Understand clients' business goals and objectives, then propose tailored PPC strategies and solutions to help them achieve success.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report on campaign performance, ensuring that clients meet their KPIs.
Provide insights and suggestions to improve performance.
Client Support & Problem Solving: Address client inquiries and resolve any issues they may have with their campaigns.
Offer timely solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or features that can help clients achieve their goals and enhance their campaigns.
Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer success, sales, and technical support.
Continuous Learning & Growth: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new features on the platform.
Requirements: Preferred Skills & Experience: Language Proficiency: Native or near-native German (C2 level) and fluent English (C1/C2 level).
Education: A BA/BS degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, online advertising, or a similar role.
Client-Centric Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer success.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign data and provide insights for optimization.
Self-Motivation & Target-Driven: A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently while meeting individual targets.
