Junior Buyer

From Grafton Recruitment we are looking for an Assistant Buyer (with a strong italian knowledge). The responsibility is to support the Buyer in all commercial activities related to the Spanish market, with particular focus on flyers definition and products master data management. This profile will play a strategic role in the start-up phase to ensure the set-up of Commercial processes and a key role in the Spanish market.Key accountabilities:Definition of products and promo prices to be included in flyers, also benchmarking against local competitors best practices.Updating and maintaining products master data clean and correct, inserting all information needed by the organization (e.G. name, description, EAN code, supplier, ...)Assisting the Buyer in the definition of the local offer, observing Italian Headquarter guidelines.Provide administrative support in suppliers' negotiations and contractualizations.Monitoring products stock and orders in reports received from the logistic operator, supporting the Buyer in the definition of quantities to purchase.Supporting in the elaboration of comparative analysis about suppliers' capabilities and cost drivers, together with benchmarking against competitors in the market.Profile:Native Spanish speaker and excellent knowledge of Italian.Degree in Business, Management Engineering, or related fields.Flexibility in terms of work location: relocation to the local Italian office (Pescara and/or Milan) possible during the start-up phase.Proven experience in the Retail and Large Distribution sector: in-depth knowledge of the Spanish market (preferably in the Home Care and Personal Care segments).#J-18808-Ljbffr
