Junior Buyer

Do you want to be part of an OEM creation while developing your commercial skills with suppliers? EBRO looking for an enthusiastic Junior Automotive Buyer for Spain. Working within the EBRO Purchasing team, the role involves creation and management of supplier relationships ensuring supply to launch our new vehicles to achieve EBRO´s targets. Your responsibilities: Supplier Management, building effective internal and external relationships. Raising Purchase orders to suppliers and register new suppliers on the system Support on the creation of new procedures, structures, and formats to help EBRO´s targets. Collaboration with the management of the sourcing & procurement activities relating to EBRO models: Request for Information (RFI) and Request for quotation (RFQ). Investigation of new supply markets, including assessing supplier's capabilities. Perform a variety of tasks with flexibility and autonomy including day-to-day administrative tasks Ensuring supply with supplier´s portfolio meeting EBRO´s targets. Your profile: Experience desired: University degree or higher education, preferably in technical engineering. Advanced level of English Knowledge in procurement management. 2 years of similar tasks, ideally with experience in automotive sector Ability to take initiative and make autonomous decisions. Analytical skills. Ability to create and maintain a network of internal and external contacts. High organizational and planning capacity. Process monitoring and improvement skills.
