Your tasks Identify potential strategic clients, partners and collaborators thorough market research to identify competitive landscape and potential opportunities. Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies to achieve company growth targets. Organize meetings with clients and partners to explore collaboration opportunities. Maintain and update the CRM system with relevant client and market information. Develop commercial offers. Study preliminary requirements of commercial projects. Requirements 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably oriented towards business & strategy consulting, market and competitive intelligence. Previous experience in engineering projects related to healthcare and/or software sector will be valued. Experience with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, SharePoint, etc.). Experience in working as part of a team with technical rigor and external stakeholders. Skills Advanced English level Good level of German is a plus. Analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and adaptability. Proactive attitude, self-motivated, committed with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the growth of the organization. Self-directed and able to tackle new projects and ideas. Highly organized with strong attention to detail, and superior follow-up and follow-through skills. Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a Master's degree in any technical discipline (including industrial organization) or Business Administration. Knowledge in the healthcare sector is desirable.
