YOUR ROLE
Financial Planning and Reporting: Prepare planning, forecasting, and internal monthly financial statements.
Forecasting: Conduct thorough performance assessment, identifying key financial trends and areas for improvement or optimization.
Utilize forecasting techniques to provide accurate predictions for financial outcomes.
Decision Support: Provide information, reports, and analysis to support decision-making in the Business units.
Communication: Actively communicate controlling relevant topics to functions and BUs / SBUs.
Cost Monitoring: Monitor the cost development of planned objectives and prepare deviation analysis.
Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines in terms of financial reporting.
Risk Analysis: Evaluate financial risks and opportunities, implementing strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
Knowledge Sharing: Spread financial controlling knowledge and awareness across the company.
Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of controlling relevant concepts, processes, and tools.
Project Execution: Participate in and execute various projects as required.
YOUR SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Previous working experience in a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address financial issues and optimize processes.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
Self-motivated, independent, curious personality.
Advanced English and international mindset.
Tools & Reporting ERP systems.
Digital expertise (i.e., Power BI, VBA, SAP scripting) a plus.
