In this role of a Junior Business Analyst, you will be part of the global "Reporting and Analytics" team within Group Investment Management. You will collaborate closely with business users in different countries and translate analytical and reporting needs into functional requirements and solutions. Main Responsibilities As a Junior Business Analyst (Investment Reporting & Analytics), your main responsibilities will involve: Enabling the business to draw actionable insights out of complex data sets. Ensuring the good quality of the data across our reporting tools with the performance of proper control checks and analysis of the results. Analysis of business requirements and translation into functional and technical solution specifications. Adapting or creating current reporting solutions according to business needs and changes in investment accounting regulations. Performing impact analysis of application and data source changes. Collaborating with our main stakeholders (Investment Management, Finance Teams) to identify reporting needs. Analyzing Investments data and reports and providing insights on the results. Continuous improvement of existing reporting processes, services, and infrastructure. Building Relationships With: Stakeholders on local, regional, and group levels; Investment back-office and middle-office teams. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in either Finance, Economics, Information Technology, and/or quantitative fields such as Statistics and Math with a good academic record.
