In this role of a Junior Business Analyst, you will be part of the global "Reporting and Analytics" team within Group Investment Management. You will collaborate closely with business users in different countries and translate analytical and reporting needs into functional requirements and solutions. You will analyze interrelationships of business processes, complex data, and financial systems, define IT specifications, and implement reporting front-end solutions for our global end-user base.
As a Junior Business Analyst (Investment Reporting & Analytics), your main responsibilities will involve: Enable the business to draw actionable insights out of complex data sets.Ensure the good quality of the data across our reporting tools with the performance of proper control checks and analysis of the results.Analysis of business requirements and translation into functional and technical solution specifications.Adapt or create current reporting solutions according to business needs and changes in investment accounting regulations.Perform impact analysis of application and data source changes.Collaborate with our main stakeholders (Investment Management, Finance Teams) to identify reporting needs.Analyze Investments data and reports and provide insights on the results.Continuous improvement of existing reporting processes, services, and infrastructure.Your role will involve building relationships with: Stakeholders on local, regional, and group levelsInvestment back-office and middle-office teamsMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master's degree in either Finance, Economics, Information Technology, and/or quantitative fields such as Statistics and Math with good academic record.
Understanding of financial products, financial markets as well as the main accounting principles (IFRS, GAAPs).
