What we are looking for We are seeking an experienced Junior Business Analyst to join our team in Madrid. The ideal candidate will possess a robust blend of business analysis and some PMO skills. He will work with the Operations Area managers, supporting them in the different types of projects and being the point of contact for international projects, reporting directly to the Area Director. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to identify business requirements for new initiatives and enhancements to existing systems. Work closely with operation's managers to define and prioritize project scopes, objectives, and deliverables. Translate business needs into functional specifications, creating clear and actionable documents for the technical team. Support the implementation of technical solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and align with project goals. Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams, ensuring alignment and understanding of project goals and progress. Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate outcomes and identify areas for improvement. Drive process excellence initiatives to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness. Act as a liaison to ensure seamless integration of business and technical aspects in project delivery. Support cross-functional projects by working closely with both business and technical teams. Be the point of contact for the Spain team for international projects. Project planning and monitoring for small local projects. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Around 2 - 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or PMO. Fluency in Spanish and English. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into functional requirements. Strong collaboration skills to work with project stakeholders. Desirable experience in international projects. Desirable insurance business knowledge
