If so, we have the ideal opportunity for you to join us and to build your career within the most activist Pet Food company in Spain!What is in your bowl?You will assist the Marketing Manager in the execution of the brand strategy, with a strong focus on our brand building efforts. You will help deliver the annual brand plan across online and offline tactics that drive brand awareness and conversion.You will support & deliver disruptive campaigns with a well-thought-out influencer strategy and brand ambassador program. You'll work with social creators to shape brilliant content that converts.You'll create a great way of working with our in-house squad and our external partner, collaborating to build our brand across the market, unlocking strong topline growth via our Social media funnels across Google, FB, IG & TikTok.You'll be on the hunt for attention-grabbing PR opportunities to make sure the brand is everywhere – leading the charge for change & a real fearless rebel!Create a community on social - you'll be in charge of managing our community channels on FB & IG, working with our team intern to make sure consumers feel heard and responded to.You will own and implement together with the support of our external partner the in-store activations plan to drive shopper conversion in-store building strong relationships and ways of working with the team to keep them engaged and motivated.Work together with the Trade&Shopper marketeer to be able to identify which stores could benefit from a demo blast or in-store activity to drive our sales.Implement a strong training & education plan for the team, including recruiting new activators when needed.You'll have responsibility for owning our consumer events, including fairs.What skills and tricks should you bring?At least 1-2 years' experience in Marketing in similar roles.You have a can-do attitude, bringing lots of energy and creativity to the table.You're constantly curious - always looking for entrepreneurial solutions.You love consumers and want to create and deliver market-leading activation that delights them!You're a master communicator with top-notch skills (written & verbal).You're a project management mastermind and enjoy solving challenges on the fly.Fluency in Spanish and English + a high level of MS Office proficiency.Experience in digital marketing & Influencer is a plus.Team player mentality.Oh and you love pets, of course!Not sure if you tick all the boxes but our role truly excites you?
