Reporting to the Brand Manager, the Junior Brand Manager will be responsible for carrying out Seagram's projects, executing strategies and plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
Main missions and responsibilities:Conduct brand analysis and support the creation of the annual strategic brand plan.Project management to implement the brand strategy, working hand in hand with transversal teams and external agencies.Lead Social Media, partnerships, and PR strategies working with the Digital & Comms team, to bring brand personality to life and achieve annual KPIs.Actively participate in the development of ATL media campaigns with SBM (TV, radio, digital).Work closely with the on-trade and off-trade departments to guarantee excellence in the execution of brand actions in these channels (on-packs, PoS visibility, promotions, and consumer activations).Support the development of new products and limited-editions with SBM and Industrial departments. Participate in their launch.Track and report KPIs of each project, draw appropriate learnings and recommendations.Budget management.Required profile:University degree. A master's degree will be a plus.Fluent in English. Other languages, such as French, will be a plus.At least 1 year of experience as a Junior Brand Manager or similar.2-3 years of professional experience in the field of brand management, preferably in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) Industry.Willingness to take over responsibility and work autonomously.Team spirit.Proactive, organized, autonomous, team player.Excellent communication skills.Business understanding and analytical thinking.Creativity, ability to think "out-of-the-box" and propose new ideas.Ability to manage budgets.Time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.Digital and social media skills.Job Posting End Date: 2024-10-15
