Your work will shape and guide the sustainable decisions of investors, companies and consumers worldwide.About The RoleWe are looking for a Junior Associate - Data Strategy that will help us continue enhancing the usage of data for the fact-based decision making processes that Clarity AI has as one of their core values and lead the lifecycle of transforming raw data into structured information.The role provides an opportunity to join a dynamic, talented, diverse and young company, as well as be part of the team that leads Data acquisition...One of the foundations of Clarity AI's value proposition.What You'll Be DoingWorking as a Junior Associate - Data Strategy you will be responsible for:Gathering data from primary and secondary sources, ensuring the upkeep of databases and data systems.Cleansing data and scrutinizing reports and outputs to identify and rectify errors.Developing and maintaining data dashboards, charts used to support critical business monitoring.Performing ad-hoc complex data analysis using SQL and Python to support business initiatives.Conveying insights through both reports, dashboards and visual presentations.Collaborating with key stakeholders from the team to determine and rank the needs around forecasting and budget, as well as data collection monitoring and data sources usage.Collaborating with partners across lines of businesses and functions, navigating the organization and figuring out who is needed to get things done and understand data analysis requirements.Influencing key stakeholders through data analysis to establish a strong sense of collaboration towards a shared vision and goals.Identify opportunities for process enhancements.LocationThe role is based in Madrid or Barcelona, Spain.Way of Working: HybridWhat You'll NeedHighly motivated, independent, proactive and deeply passionate about sustainability and impact.Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, database applications, and BI tools (e.G.
