Junior Analyst in an Advisory Firm in Mallorca or Remote TASKS They are looking for a Junior Analyst to join the team.
You will work closely with the team to support client projects, perform financial analysis, and contribute to business development initiatives.
Main tasks include: Assist in conducting financial analyses and valuations for potential M&A transactions.
Support the preparation of client presentations, information memoranda, and other marketing materials.
Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify potential acquisition targets and investment opportunities.
Help prepare due diligence materials and assist in the due diligence process.
Monitor industry trends and news to keep the team informed of relevant market developments.
Collaborate with team members on various aspects of deal execution and client management.
Contribute to internal projects aimed at improving firm processes and efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
Able to provide a training agreement from your educational institution.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a solid understanding of financial concepts.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and develop a career in M&A.
