Job Description: We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
Participation in the IAM team tasks, defining and configuring new integrations.Coordinating with the Functional IAM Team in order to define the right Authorization Model for app integrations.Assisting the IAM Functional Lead.Providing N2 Support to our customers, responding to Service Now tickets.Collaborate in the execution of the agile methodology of product development.EXPERIENCE - 1 year of experience in Technical Business Analyst & Support team.
EDUCATION - Bachelor's Degree, Certificate of Higher Education, Vocational Education and Training.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Experience in IAM software administration and support.General Technical skills regarding IAM.Agile Tools Experience: Kanban, Jira, Confluence, Service Now.B2 English and fluency in Spanish.Critical: 4 days in the Malaga officeFluent Spanish1 - 2.5 years experienceAdmin and support of Identity Access Management ToolsKnowledge of Service Now, change request and incident resolutionNice to have: Knowledge of Kanban, Jira, ConfluenceAbout Company: We are committed to providing solutions that are simple to use and cost-effective, that meet the specific set of needs defined, and that are adaptable to meet future needs.
