Junior Analyst For Iam Team

Job Description As a Junior Analyst for our in-house IAM software, you will join the current IAM Team helping to set up new App integrations used both by SCIB employees and clients, giving support by applying the change requests received through Service Now and helping to solve any issues or incidents in our IAM service.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

Participation in the IAM team tasks, defining and configuring new integrations. Participation in the evolutions of the App Integrations Model applying new business needs. Coordinating with the Functional IAM Team in order to define the right Authorization Model for app Integrations. Assisting the IAM Functional Lead. Providing N2 Support to our customers, responding to Service Now tickets. Collaborate in the execution of the agile methodology of product development. Experience 1 year of experience in Technical Business Analyst & Support team. Education Bachelor's Degree, Certificate of Higher Education, Vocational Education and Training. Skills & Knowledge Experience in IAM software administration and support. General Technical skills regarding IAM. Agile Tools Experience: Kanban, Jira, Confluence, Service Now. B2 English and fluency in Spanish. Critical Requirements 4 days in the Malaga office Fluent Spanish 1 – 2.5 years experience Admin and support of Identity Access Management Tools Knowledge of Service Now, change request, and incident resolution Nice to Have Knowledge of Kanban, Jira, Confluence
