Job Description lastminute.Com is looking for a Junior Administrative Assistant for its Partnership team. In the last years the Partnership team has grown a lot, widening consistently the fields of projects, developed in partnership with other Companies active in the most different businesses. Now the need arose to have a figure who interfaces with the administrative department for all the tasks related to the invoicing of the business generated by the team. The candidate will not have to deal directly with the account tasks (issuing invoices, etc.), but will have to provide the correct details to the administrative team for the issues and have control of the administrative situation and the management of related tasks. Qualifications Key Responsibilities Be a contact point of the Partnership team for all administrative tasks. Verify with the partners via email that all the monthly sales are correct and analyse discrepancies between both sides. Purchase Order creation and management. Work closely with the account department to ensure that all invoices are issued correctly, on time and paid. Provide support to other departments. Skills and Experience Great ability using the excel tool (vlookup, pivot tables…) At least 1-2 years of office work experience, if managing administrative tasks it is considered a plus. Languages: Very good at writing and speaking English. Italian knowledge is considered a welcome plus. Degree in economics is considered a plus. Soft skills: good skills in relating to others and a high level of accuracy. Excellent ability to work as a team
