), but will have to provide the correct details to the administrative team for the issues and have control of the administrative situation and the management of related tasks.QualificationsKey ResponsibilitiesBe a contact point of the Partnership team for all administrative tasks.Verify with the partners via email that all the monthly sales are correct and analyse discrepancies between both sides.Purchase Order creation and management.Work closely with the account department to ensure that all invoices are issued correctly, on time and paid.Provide support to other departments.Skills and ExperienceGreat ability using the excel tool (vlookup, pivot tables…)At least 1-2 years of office work experience, if managing administrative tasks it is considered a plus.Languages: Very good at writing and speaking English.
