We are looking for Junior Accountants for our new Shared Service Center in Zaragoza city. Position 1: PROCURE TO PAY SPECIALIST Main activities: - Create of new suppliers account and support database management - Manage the procurement process and control - Control and validation of received invoices - Reconcile invoices and payments - Support EDI, Self bill or Retro billing process with suppliers - Manage and update SAP customer data Position 2: ORDER TO CASH SPECIALIST Main activities: -Management of the whole invoicing process, including self-billing clients and retrobilling process - Manage ment of daily issues - Reconci liation of invoices and payments - Support month-end closing Skills/Experience required: - Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or similar - Fluent English - Willingness to learn and develop a career in finance - Traineeship or entry-level experience in finance is a plus - SAP knowledge is a plus We offer: - Stable and growing environment of multinational company - Opportunities for professional growth - New offices in Zaragoza city - Flexibility regarding working hours #J-18808-Ljbffr
