Even though our business relates to digital solutions, we like to push for a healthier, environmental-friendly and altogether better world, and for this reason, we are committed to that mindset, optimizing all solutions to uphold such regards.Who we are Looking For:We are looking for a general accountant to be stationed in our head office located in beautiful Sabadell, Barcelona.Should have hands-on experience in general accounting and be aware of local Spanish legislation.Analyze financial information and prepare balance sheets.Coordinate with management and staff to prepare budgets.Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and procedures, and federal and state regulations.Resolve account payable and receivable issues or queries.Accurately perform daily reconciliations of cash, check and credit card transactions, and tally and file invoices.Comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for financial statements.Assist in financial and tax audits, and general ledger preparation.Prepare income tax returns and corporate reporting requirements.Develop monthly financial statements that include cash flow, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.Complete end-of-month close procedures.Prepare and issue payslips to employees on a regular basis.Manage employment contracts.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in accounting or related (essential).Critical thinker with high proficiency in math.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Advanced competency in Microsoft Office and Accounting software packages.Sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.What we Offer:A solid and structured training, the first step is taken with an On-Boarding process followed by effective project experience.
