With more than 10,000 clients a day, extremely warm places, an authentic cuisine, products imported directly from Italy, everything 100% fresh and 100% homemade.We are looking for a JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT that will directly report to the Spain Finance Manager and Spain CFO.
You'll be part of the development of the Group by accompanying the Spanish Finance team on the accounting part.
You'll provide efficient support to the development and running of Spanish restaurants.1.
AccountingAccounts payable: You will be taking care of the accounting mailbox, being responsible for the invoice posting process in coordination with the external accountant, answering suppliers' queries, invoice approvals, etc.Accounts receivable: You will be in charge of the invoice issuing process.Monitor and process expenses reports.Managing payment runs.2.
Financial process and operationsHelp the Finance team to plan how the company will implement financial processes as we expand in Spain.Responsible for weekly cash up - control of the restaurants and follow up with restaurant managers to resolve variances.Assist with the creation and evolution of our finance operational policies, procedures, and controls documentation that adhere to the Group policies.3.
Financial reporting and management accountsAssisting the Finance Team in the monthly closing, allowing you to be involved in the end-to-end accounting process.Assist the Finance Team in dealing with audit and due diligence queries.Profile requiredBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Based in Madrid.Knowledge of Pack Office.English and Spanish are required.
