Junior Accountant Ap English (Medical Equipment)

MARLEX is looking to incorporate a JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT AP ENGLISH for a multinational leader in developing and offering oncology solutions. This person will have the interesting challenge of monitoring and supporting activities with their Centre of Excellent in Budapest for all Iberia topics. Responsibilities : Supporting and monitoring the centralized shared service team in Budapest on AP accounting, T&E and General Ledger entries. Approval of AP invoices through Concur app. Monitoring of AP and travel expenses payments. Providing support for system implementations, integration activities and new initiatives. Performing system/process testing as requested. Providing support for external and internal audits. Document control and archive. Resolution of possible incidents. Supporting month-end and year-end close process. Minimum Requirements : Graduating/Graduated in Accounting, Administration or Economics. Bachelors-/Masters Degree. Some Accounting experience. Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software. Proficient English & Spanish language skills (business level). Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. We Offer : Contract: Temporary (Start: 02/01/25 until 08/31/25). Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with flexibility in start and end times. Hybrid work system: 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. Salary range: €30,000 - €35,000 meal vouchers
