What You'll Do:As our Account Strategist in the Emerging Benelux & Nordics team in Barcelona, you'll be vital to the continued expansion of our business in the region, work with an international team, and be rewarded for excellence.
Client Management:
Provide operational account management to small to medium-sized advertisers in line with service level agreements. Grow revenue and optimize accounts for client performance.Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients at all levels from Traffic Manager to CMO.Advise on client's digital strategy and educate advertisers on Criteo's technology across channels and devices. Use Linkedin Sales Navigator.
Performance Analysis:
Optimize accounts for small to medium-sized clients and identify growth opportunities. Provide consultative guidance on market challenges and solutions.Proactively anticipate and reduce client churn. Provide market knowledge for long-term client development.Respond to measurement inquiries and guide clients based on their marketing goals.
Demonstrate upselling capacity:
Show effective negotiation skills to impact your book of business positively.Upsell new solutions using a consultative approach connected to client objectives.
Strategic Portfolio Growth:
Promote innovative cross-channel perspectives to inspire client growth.Create successful campaigns aligned with client objectives.Keep relevant client interactions in our CRM.
Project Involvement:
Manage impactful side projects with support from the team.

Be open to coaching and mentoring for personal development.Who You Are:• Business sense to handle a multitasking environment with prioritization.
• Strong knowledge of core MS Office applications.
• Passion for new media, internet trends, and continual learning.
• Ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
• Ability to act as a consultant and be reactive in various situations.
• Analytical skills to explore product performances and explain recommendations.
• Proven sales and client service track record, ideally in a tech or marketing field.
• Strong commercial experience, both remote and in-person.
• Business fluent in English - spoken and written; Dutch or a Nordic language is a plus.
