The RoleWe're looking for a highly motivated Junior Account Manager to join our UK Sales Team.
You will play a crucial role in managing and developing some of our key Fashion and Travel retail accounts, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with our partners.
In this role you'll get to:Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with key Fashion retail accounts including Urban Outfitters, ASOS, John Lewis, Marks and Spencer, and Selfridges.
Develop and implement account-specific business plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Analyse sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Actively seek out new opportunities to drive sales within existing and new retailers.Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales marketing teams to develop and execute effective retailer strategies.
Drive the development and implementation of retail activities to maximize sales and brand presence.Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, collaborating with retailer supply functions and Demand Planning.
Regularly report to the wider business on key performance indicators, market trends, and competitor activities.Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotions to maximize profitability.
Track effectiveness of spend and adjust plans accordingly.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.Must have:2+ years experience with account management, with owned retailer experience.Experience gained within the consumer goods, fashion, or beauty industry.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.Commercial awareness, knowledge, and understanding of P+Ls.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Self-motivated and results-oriented.Strong understanding of the UK retail landscape and consumer trends.Advanced Excel knowledge.The good Stuff:For all your hard work and dedication, we have fantastic rewards for you:
