Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers and partners to drive sales opportunitiesBuild and maintain long-term relationships with clientsUse CRM tools to qualify accounts and generate sales leadsEnsure daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs are met (calls, accounts contacted, revenue generated)Participate in focused sales activities such as industry-specific outreach and hotel partnershipsProvide client support, including upselling and offering alternative solutions when necessaryAssist with both business and individual travel queriesWorking Hours: Monday to Thursday: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm; Friday: 9:00 am - 4:30 pm
