This position offers an exciting opportunity to make an impact by combining your marketing expertise with strategic thinking.While experience in affiliate marketing is not essential, a proven track record in supporting clients' marketing efforts, identifying challenges, and delivering tailored solutions is highly valued.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with advertisers to align their online marketing strategies with tactical goals.Identify and recruit publishers to join the Webgains network, matching them with suitable advertisers.Continuously optimize and enhance the performance and profitability of affiliate marketing programs for assigned advertisers.Analyze data to create insightful monthly performance reports and communicate results effectively to clients.Provide expert marketing advice to drive growth and strengthen relationships within the Webgains network.What We're Looking ForEssential Qualifications Skills:At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing.Fluent in Spanish, with excellent communication skills, and a strong command of English.Proven ability to drive client growth through innovative and tailored solutions.Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting complex data sets and translating them into actionable insights.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Knowledge of online marketing trends and performance marketing's role in driving sales and leads.Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.A proactive, enthusiastic approach to learning about the internet economy, affiliate marketing, and industry best practices.Desirable Qualifications:Experience as an Account Executive (1+ years).Degree-level education in marketing, management, or a related field.Affiliate marketing experience (1 year).Incorporation: end of JanuaryBenefits:Offices in Madrid - Av.
