Pronovias Group, Global leader in the Bridal industry, is looking for a Collection Merchandiser (maternity leave) to join the Product and Merchandising team in our Barcelona HQ. Responsabilidades: Collections development: Prepare the collection briefs (performance analysis, market feedback, best and worst sellers). Prepare collection plans on product categories, price points, performance by cluster based on historical data. Ensuring collection development is following the collection plans target.Analysis: Develop new reports to better understand the business and trends. Perform regular sales analysis (weekly, monthly, end of season) by product category/region.Pricing: Calculate all prices by geographies based on FOB USD and all added costs to guarantee margins in each market, with a price strategy aligned with the value for money of the product.GDP: Decision making in product distribution and assortment to our stores, based on previous sales to construct a relevant offer aligned with product/design objectives and sales needs by store. Sales analysis by store and support to optimize initial implementation of the collections and the in season decisions to optimize stock.Stock control: by store, moving product to maximize sales. Design promotions and sales policies by style based on performance.Competition: Consistent follow up of collections, launch and new initiatives from competition. Mapping competition. Competition Price positioning. Runway review and trends review. Based on the comprehensive research, formulate strategic recommendations.Perfil
Former experience in similar roles, for at least 5 years. Preferable passion and strong knowledge of the bridal market, with strong sensitivity and passion for the product. Strong analytical skills in quantitative and qualitative analysis on sales performance and report/feedback from the market.
