Sales Development Representatives play a critical role in the success of the company by developing the top of the sales funnel.
The SDR position is the best start for a career in sales in B2B companies in the technology & content sector.
You will gain experience interacting with clients of all levels, in a great variety of industries and in a wide geographical area.
This is a stimulating and exciting role that will test your sales skills, strategic thinking and your ability to stay focused and follow the plans.

- You will report directly into the Sales Manager.
- Source relevant prospects in our various market segments.
- Focus on EMEA & Rotw markets.
- Contact, prospect and qualify Outbound leads with the Account Executives.
- Identify the decision makers and what their needs are and discuss how we can solve them.
- Schedule appointments for account executives (AE).
- Guarantee the transfer of the potential client information to the CRM.
- Analyze and report to the Sales Manager prospect's requirements, objections, competition landscape.
- Comply with and / or exceed the sales development objectives.
Your Profile
- You want to start a career in the sales or marketing department in B2B technology environments.
- You have a commercial nature.
Fearless to pick up the phone (or visio-call) and speak with a prospect.
- Closing new deals is your fuel and your thrill.
- 30+ contacts with qualified prospects per day.
- You have excellent written / verbal communication skills.
- Extensive use of CRM tools (we use Pipedrive).
- Ability to take the initiative.
- Enthusiastic, organized and you like to work for objectives.
- Hungry, persistent, and ready to hustle.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Ready to work in a fast-paced, less corporate, startup environment.
- Team player and self-motivator.
Bonus Points
- We are looking for more enthusiasm and willingness to learn than specific experience.
- Though, you might have previous experience in sales development / generation of new sales opportunities, ideally in a SaaS-based company or digital environment.
- Proven success in a role with weekly, monthly and quarterly objectives.
- Proficient with Google Workspace Suite.
- Have a solid understanding of how to roll out successful outbound campaigns.
- Know how to implement an efficient qualification methodology through curiosity.
- A college/university degree is useful because it shows us that you can set an objective and achieve it.
