Your area of focus:Advise customers on the sales process and products.Manage logistical and delivery issues.Provide an after-sales service.Be the voice of our customer and escalate their feedback.Take ownership of customer service excellence and the company's reputation (good reviews on different platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Trustpilot).To excel in this role, you should have:Extensive experience in Customer Service over the phone & mail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Perfect writing & oral skills in English.
