This time, we're searching for a Jr. Operations Specialist (Programmatic Advertising) to join our growth squad in Barcelona and help us analyse and optimise our traffic and manage our current partnership with SSPs and Publishers.This is a fantastic opportunity to kick off your career within the digital advertising industry!This position is based in Barcelona.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the internal teams to ensure an effective and efficient implementation of the projectsSupport the Sales and Adops teams on pitches with volume and pricing inputMonitor traffic availability globally and help balance available supply and server cost metricsKeep track of current levels of spending and ad requests by finding an optimal equilibriumDriven by a commitment to data, use our reporting and SQL to gain performance insights and drive optimizationSatisfy your hunger for knowledge by staying abreast of market and industry developments and how publishers sell their inventoryMaintain the communication with SSPs and be a link between them and the internal teamsSkills and requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Digital Marketing or similarAvailability to start immediately is highly preferredExcellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken is mandatoryFamiliarity with the digital advertising industry is preferredStrong organisational skills including attention to detail, multi-tasking and time managementData lover.
