YOUR MISSION As a Junior Inbound Sales Executive at IKONO, you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for large groups looking to experience IKONO together—whether it's for birthdays, bachelor(ette) parties, or other special gatherings. Based in Madrid and focusing on the German-speaking markets of Berlin and Vienna, you'll guide our guests through their ticketing journey, ensuring they feel informed and excited about their visit. This role is all about building trust with our visitors, answering their questions, and helping them have an unforgettable experience with ease! WHAT YOU'LL DO Guide Group Ticketing : Assist large groups (15+) with ticket purchases, helping them navigate our booking system and preparing them for an amazing IKONO visit. Provide Expert Support : Answer inquiries and offer knowledgeable guidance, making sure each group feels confident and excited about their experience. Collaborate with Marketing : Team up with marketing to create and share engaging materials that showcase the magic of IKONO and draw in more curious visitors. Stay on Top of Trends : Keep up with visitor feedback and competitor offerings to find new ways to make the group booking experience even better. Share Successes : Report back to senior management with updates on your progress and insights from guest interactions, contributing to our growth and improvement.
