We are seeking a Jr. HR Generalist to join our team act as the glue behind HR operations.
Working closely with our HR team and labor consultants, you'll ensure seamless employee experiences, from onboarding to offboarding, maintain accurate records, and guarantee compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities: HR Administration: Organise and maintain employee records, ensuring all documents and systems are actively updated and meet policy requirements.
People Operations: Support in the maintenance and optimisation of various Human Resources and Talent Acquisition tools and systems to ensure effective work methodology and encourage automation and alignment within the function.
HR Support: Assist HR & TA functions with a range of administrative tasks, from contract management, onboarding / offboarding coordination, event and travel management and calendar scheduling.
Compliance: Support the HR function in upholding compliance through company policies, reporting and legal requirements, assisting with record-keeping and audits as needed.
Employee Support: Oversight of the HR communication channels, supporting our HR Generalist to identify and prioritise employee needs.
Action and support employees directly when required.
HR Communications: Support our HR Generalist in building engaging company communications, presentations, announcements or providing information surrounding exceptional requests
