This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their design skills in different areas. You'll be involved in diverse projects that shape the brand's visual identity, making a real impact with your creative work.What will I be doing?Delivering graphic design solutions to cross-functional departments, including communications, demand generation, and other areas outside of marketing.Creating and assisting in the design of high-performing creative assets including but not limited to landing pages, display ads, email campaigns, social media campaigns, offline graphics, illustrations, infographics, and basic motion graphics.Collaborating with the marketing team to develop engaging content that reflects our brand identity.Supporting the Senior Designer in executing design concepts from initial ideas to final production, often juggling multiple projects simultaneously.Participating in brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas and creativity to the table.Ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.Staying updated on industry trends and tools to enhance design quality.Managing time effectively to prioritize tasks and deliver high-quality work under pressure.What skills do I need?Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in graphic design, in an in-house creative department or agency.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma and familiarity with basic motion graphics tools (e.G., After Effects).A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including any motion graphics work.Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles
