Jr. Finance Specialist

Role Purpose:
This role ensures the smooth financial operations based on the requirement of GADC's (Golden Arches Development Corporation – McDonald's Philippines), being LLII's major customer, by handling inventory recording processes effectively, timely, and accurately, controlling costs, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making across departments. The role also involves providing assistance related to Finance transactions and collaboration with cross-functional teams across the organization.
Responsibilities

Ensure accounting tasks and financial records comply with the accounting principles and business standard procedures.
Maintain good internal and external communication to provide an effective flow of information.
Participate in various company training and quality programs such as DQMP, SWA, HR learning and development programs, and safety trainings.

Education/Work Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any Finance-related course.
1 year of related experience in handling Inventory is an advantage; Open for fresh graduates.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiar with PFRS (Philippine Financial Reporting Standards), accounting, and tax policies.
Proficiency in software applications Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Word; Ability to create/maintain procedures and flow charts, auditing.
Knowledgeable in handling SAP ERP system.
A keen eye for detail and a desire to probe further into data.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
