This is a role that will require autonomy, attention to detail and drive. You will be expected to demonstrate ownership and proactivity, always under the review and accompaniment by the Controlling Manager, to get things done to achieve an agile and accurate accounting function of a global high-growth business.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver periodic financial and business analysis related.Support business areas with financial information required on a daily basis.Coordinate with different areas (Accounting, Business).Perform month, quarter, and year-end closing process.Check business budgets and forecasts, checking for margin deviations: when, where and why.Ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards.Identify key opportunities to maximize efficiency of the business decisions.Work closely with the Controlling Manager to escalate and resolve matters.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.About YouIn order to be successful in this role, you will:Bachelor's degree or Master in Finance, Accounting or relevant field.1-2 or more years experience within audit, accounting or similar functions (experience in audit is a plus).Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets is required.Strong data analysis skills.Strong communication skills and ability to read, write & fluently speak the English language.Other languages are a plus.Proactive, self-starter, able to communicate clearly both internally and externally.Rigorous and meticulous.Team player.LocationThis role is located at Fever's HQ in Madrid, and although we can be flexible with the timing you will be expected to move there if you are currently living elsewhere.Benefits & PerksAttractive compensation package consisting of base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance.Health insurance and other benefits such as Flexible remuneration with a 100% tax exemption through Cobee.Opportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader.40% discount on all Fever events and experiences.Work in a location in the heart of Madrid, with possible travel across our markets.Home office friendly.Responsibility from day one and professional and personal growth.Great work environment with a young, international team of talented people to work with!English Lessons.Gympass Membership.Possibility to receive in advance part of your salary by Payflow.We have free food, drinks and fruit at the office!Thank you for considering joining Fever.
