Qualifications :
Expertise in ANSI SQL programming, particularly with SQL Server and Oracle
Expertise in ETL design and development, SSIS and Informatica are key
Performance tuning experience
Exposure to NoSQL and Graph programming
Strong attention to detail
Champion team success over individual accomplishment
Passionate about learning and continuous improvement
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field required
3+ years of prior technology leadership and development experience
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and quick learning
Commitment to satisfying internal and external customers

Soft skills : Communication, Level of English (intermediate-advanced)

Job Duties :
Work across a geographically split team to deliver global data solutions
Manage development standards for database development (SQL and ETL)
Collaborate with other teams in enterprise level projects and provide support/guidance as needed
Develop key components/templates for offshore teams, evangelize and educate them
Support of multiple SQL & NoSQL technologies; mainly Oracle & SQL data solutions
Examine database workloads and performance KPIs to tune and implement enhancements
Build and improve automation for release pipelines
Determine the most effective ways to optimize performance of existing solutions
Create and maintain technical documentation
