What will you be doing?You will oversee several collaborating retailers, making sure that the data they provide us with is correct. You will also provide them with information on market trends and data analysis. It will be part of your responsibilities to increase revenue from the sale of services to assigned retailers.
Job ResponsibilitiesManage and attend to a certain number of collaborating retailers (Top Level):Make sure that the information they provide us with reaches us correctly.Analyze the level of information to share with them taking into account retail needs, size of the retailer, and level of collaboration.Review monthly the sets of reports that we share with each retailer.Support them in the management of UNIFY (report viewer).Present analysis and market trends periodically to be a consultative and recurrent guide.Resolve incidents.To achieve revenue from the sale of services to our retailers:AnalyticsMediaInfoforceSale of panel dataAchieve the revenue targets set according to individual annual objectives.RequirementsDegree in business, economics, etc.Good level of English.Knowledge of tools: Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Access, SQL Server, Power BI/Qlik/Tableau.Knowledge of the FMCG industry.As well as the technical skills, experience, and attributes required for the role, our shared behaviors sit at the core of our organization.
