(Jr.) Branding & Communications Specialist (Parttime / hybrid) Are you a student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of marketing and communications? We have an exciting opportunity for a (Jr.) Branding & Communications Specialist to join our team on a parttime and hybrid basis.
You will support the Global Marketing team in developing and implementing marketing strategies to ensure the effective promotion of our products and our brand. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic and organised, with strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of working cross-functionally on the planning and implementation of marketing projects. Our headquarters are located in the Netherlands, but we are looking for a colleague to support our office in either Barcelona (Spain) or Milan (Italy).
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and create engaging promotional materials to attract our target audience. This includes website content, handouts, presentations, e-mail campaigns and more
Creating, scheduling and analysing of social media content and managing the day-to-day handling of channels such as LinkedIn to increase brand visibility
Be the keeper of the TANATEX brand and its guidelines internally and externally, ensuring teams are using up to date templates
Execute positioning activities to strengthen our brand identity
Utilize software like Adobe Design Suite, WordPress and CRM Dynamics to enhance our brand presence online
Assisting the Marketing Communications Manager with ad hoc tasks
Regularly review and analyse competitor activity
Work closely with the Marketing Communications Manager to achieve brand awareness targets and increase social engagement
Requirements:
Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing strategies
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Willingness to learn and adapt in a corporate environment
Ability to plan, organise and prioritise

Location: While our headquarters are in the Netherlands, this position allows for remote work from Spain or Italy. Alternatively, you can work from home or in our offices in Milan or Barcelona.
